Nourishing restorative yoga with delicious head, neck, arms, hands & feet massage followed by a sound healing with harmonium, crystal singing bowls and mantra. A powerful combo to relax your body, quiet your mind and bring your nervous system into balance. This is open to everyone of all levels.

A free circle for women to come together led by Sue Baer. This group is focused on self care & healing. Each month we bring a focus like meditation, breath work, making something, journaling together. Bring yourselves and your ideas, lets winter together.

Curt is a member of the Yang Family Tai Chi Association ( andcertifiedthroughtheassociation’s Teacher Training Academy. He continues to pursue his personal education in TaiChi (Taijiquan) and Qigong. Curt’s primary Qigong teacher is Marcus DeGrazia ( he also has trained with Lorelie Chang ( home5.htm) and is currently participating in a Nei Gong Program ( In Curt’s class you will learn various Qigong sets and then work on a traditional TaiChi Form – a set series of movements and postures. This is a gentle practice that enhances coordination, balance and circulation.
