After sustaining a serious injury about three years ago, I was cautiously permitted to try yoga classes in an effort to help with rehabilitation. At that time I began yoga practices with Stephanie, first in a group setting and later privately. I have improved consistently during the past few years, due in no small part to Stephanie’s classes. Each of her classes is extremely well prepared and organized. There is always new material as she continues to study and increase her knowledge of the yoga universe, particularly how it can be used for therapeutic benefits, as well as safe practices as one’s body ages. I always look forward to her classes and plan to continue studying with her as long as I’m able.
