As a Yoga Therapist I see these injuries often. Especially with the rising popularity of pickle ball, repetitive use injuries are increasing – as the sport becomes more population the rate of injury also increases.
It is really common to think that the solution is to stretch and keep stretching…and stretch more. But what do you do when the pain or injury persists? Clearly, this plan isn’t working. You need to change your approach. You try massage and it helps temporarily, but what if the pain gets worse or comes back?
